Terms & Conditions – jiji3 Official Gaming Agreement

1. General Provisions and Definitions

For purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jiji3" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting website accessible at https://jiji3.cam, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services operated by the licensed entity.
• "User," "Player," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform for any purpose, whether for entertainment, wagering, or informational purposes.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform, through which all transactions, wagers, and Platform interactions are conducted.
• "Services" encompasses all gaming products offered by jiji3, including but not limited to casino games (slots, table games, live dealer), sports betting, bingo, fishing games, and any future products introduced by the Operator.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a User on a gaming outcome, sporting event, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Funds" or "Balance" means the monetary value held in a User's Account, including deposits, winnings, bonuses, and any other credits issued by jiji3.

By using jiji3, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2 below and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Misrepresentation of any information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of Funds.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

All Users must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, to register an account and use jiji3 Services. This age requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with Republic Act No. 9487 (the "Charter of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation") and all applicable Philippine gaming regulations. jiji3 employs age verification mechanisms and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to confirm User age. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is intended exclusively for Users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are strictly forbidden from accessing jiji3 Services. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not accessing Services from any restricted territory. jiji3 employs geolocation technology to verify User location and may restrict access based on IP address, device location, or other technical indicators. Attempts to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other means constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Users who are subject to legal guardianship, mental incapacity proceedings, or other legal disabilities that would impair contractual capacity are prohibited from using jiji3 Services. Furthermore, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and immediate family members of jiji3 and its affiliated entities are prohibited from registering accounts or participating in any gaming activities on the Platform to avoid conflicts of interest.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") registered by the same individual, whether intentionally or inadvertently, are strictly prohibited. If jiji3 detects duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be immediately suspended, and any associated Funds, winnings, and bonuses will be voided and forfeited. The Operator reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether accounts are duplicates based on shared personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or other indicators.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access jiji3 Services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number (preferably linked to GCash or PayMaya for verification purposes), and any other information reasonably requested by the Platform. All information provided must be truthful, current, and complete. Users are required to update their Account information immediately if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and may expose the User to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

3.2 Account Security and Password Protection

Upon successful registration, Users will create a secure password to access their Account. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and all activities that occur under their Account, whether authorized or unauthorized. jiji3 strongly recommends using complex passwords that combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Users must not share their password with any third party or allow others to access their Account. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, Users must immediately notify jiji3 customer support and change their password. The Operator is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to User negligence in protecting login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification and KYC Compliance

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of 2001, as amended, and its implementing rules and regulations, jiji3 implements a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Users may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or postal ID), proof of residential address (utility bills, bank statements, or barangay certification), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statements or e-wallet screenshots). Verification requests must be fulfilled within seven (7) calendar days of notification. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until satisfactory documentation is provided. jiji3 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions or suspicious activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods

jiji3 supports a variety of payment methods tailored to the convenience of Filipino Users, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet (covering BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Security Bank, and other major Philippine banks), and cryptocurrency options (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider or financial institution in connection with deposits. jiji3 does not charge deposit fees unless explicitly stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method but generally ranges from PHP 100 to PHP 500. Maximum deposit limits are set to promote responsible gaming and comply with AML regulations. Standard accounts are subject to daily deposit limits of PHP 50,000, monthly limits of PHP 500,000, and annual limits of PHP 5,000,000. VIP accounts may be granted higher limits at the Operator's discretion. Users who wish to increase their deposit limits must submit a written request to customer support and may be required to undergo enhanced KYC verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Process and Verification

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to verification of the payment method's ownership. jiji3 strives to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, bank transfers within one (1) to three (3) business days, and cryptocurrency withdrawals within twenty-four (24) hours, depending on blockchain confirmation times. Before a withdrawal request is approved, jiji3 reserves the right to verify the User's identity, payment method ownership, and compliance with wagering requirements (particularly for bonus-related withdrawals). First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding PHP 20,000 may require additional verification and processing time.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500 for GCash and PayMaya, PHP 1,000 for bank transfers, and PHP 2,000 for cryptocurrency withdrawals. Daily withdrawal limits are set at PHP 100,000 for standard accounts and may be increased for verified VIP members. jiji3 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawal requests per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month may be subject to a processing fee of 2.5% of the withdrawal amount, capped at PHP 500. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their receiving financial institution or e-wallet provider.

4.5 Reversal of Withdrawals and Suspicious Activity

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may be cancelled by the User within one (1) hour of submission, provided the withdrawal has not yet been approved or processed by the Operator. jiji3 reserves the right to reverse or cancel withdrawals if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, terms violations, or other irregularities are detected. In such cases, affected Funds will be returned to the User's Account balance pending investigation. Users suspected of money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting software, or other prohibited conduct may have withdrawals delayed or denied until a full investigation is completed.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity and Random Number Generation

All games offered on the jiji3 Platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Casino games, including slots, table games, and video poker, are audited by independent third-party testing agencies such as Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) or iTech Labs to verify RNG compliance and game fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published on the Platform and reflect long-term statistical expectations, not guaranteed outcomes for individual sessions. Users acknowledge that all gaming outcomes are determined by chance and that no strategy, system, or betting pattern can guarantee winnings.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules and Settlement

Sports betting markets offered by jiji3 are governed by the official rules of the relevant sports league, governing body, or event organizer. Unless otherwise specified, all bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing authority at the conclusion of the event, including any overtime, extra time, or penalty shootouts as applicable. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes refunded, or the bet may remain valid subject to the new event date, as determined by jiji3 in accordance with industry-standard betting rules. Users are encouraged to review the specific betting rules for each sport available in the Platform's help center before placing wagers.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

jiji3 strictly prohibits the following conduct, which constitutes material breach of this Agreement:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, share information, or gain unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, making deposits solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other Users to abuse bonus terms.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated system to place wagers, manipulate gameplay, or gain unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsifying identity documents, engaging in chargeback fraud, or any other form of dishonest conduct.
• Advantage Play Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain unfair advantage. Users are required to report any discovered errors or malfunctions immediately to customer support.

Violation of any fair play provision will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses), and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities. jiji3 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity at any time.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms and Eligibility

From time to time, jiji3 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, or other incentives (collectively, "Promotions") to Users. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements (for sports betting), time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active. Promotion-specific terms are published on the promotion page and incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. Users are solely responsible for reading and understanding all applicable promotion terms before opting in or accepting any bonus. Failure to comply with promotion terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "35x wagering requirement" means the bonus amount must be wagered 35 times). Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games and live casino may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be entirely excluded. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time frame (usually 30 days from bonus activation) or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Disqualification

jiji3 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, revoke, or cancel any Promotion at its sole discretion if bonus abuse, fraudulent conduct, or other terms violations are suspected. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting both red and black in roulette or placing opposing bets in sports betting); and coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional terms. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and potentially deposits forfeited and may be permanently banned from future promotions.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

jiji3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that all Users engage with the Platform in a safe, controlled, and sustainable manner. Gambling should be viewed as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. We strongly encourage all Users to set personal limits, recognize the signs of problem gambling, and seek help if gaming habits become problematic.

7.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

jiji3 provides the following responsible gaming tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately and require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Wager Limits: Users may set maximum bet or wager amounts to prevent excessive gambling during individual sessions.
• Session Time Limits: Users can set time limits for gaming sessions, after which they will be logged out automatically and required to take a break.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of the current gaming session and total amount wagered.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to 5 years or permanent lifetime exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, the User's Account will be suspended, and the User will be prohibited from accessing jiji3 Services, receiving promotional communications, or creating new accounts.

7.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

jiji3 takes underage gambling prevention extremely seriously and implements strict age verification measures. Users suspected of being underage will have their accounts immediately suspended pending verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, all Funds forfeited, and the matter reported to appropriate authorities. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites.

8. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

All content on the jiji3 Platform, including but not limited to software code, graphic design elements, logos, trademarks, service marks, game interfaces, text, images, audio, video, and proprietary algorithms, are the exclusive property of jiji3 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including Republic Act No. 8293 (the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines), trademark law, copyright law, and patent law. The jiji3 name, logo, and all associated branding are registered trademarks owned by the Operator.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant any ownership rights or permit any of the following prohibited uses:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without express written permission
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or game code
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access or extract data from the Platform
• Creating derivative works or unauthorized mirrors of the Platform
• Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Unauthorized use of jiji3 intellectual property may result in civil litigation for damages and injunctive relief, as well as criminal prosecution under applicable laws. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by content on the Platform, please contact our legal department immediately with detailed information regarding the alleged infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE jiji3 PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, jiji3 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. jiji3 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USERS ACCESS AND USE THE PLATFORM AT THEIR OWN RISK.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, jiji3 AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF jiji3 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL jiji3'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS MADE BY THE USER IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

9.3 Force Majeure

jiji3 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action or regulation, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, telecommunications or internet service provider failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, jiji3's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and the Operator will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the jiji3 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for resolution of any legal disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of jiji3 Services, Users agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting jiji3 customer support in writing, providing a detailed description of the dispute and the relief sought. jiji3 will investigate the matter and respond within thirty (30) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. USERS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST jiji3.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 User-Initiated Closure

Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, jiji3 will process any pending withdrawals, settle outstanding wagers, and close the Account within seven (7) business days. Users are responsible for withdrawing any remaining Funds before Account closure. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately upon request.

11.2 Operator-Initiated Termination

jiji3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected money laundering or terrorist financing activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward jiji3 staff
• Extended periods of Account inactivity (typically 12 months or more)

In the event of Account termination for cause, jiji3 reserves the right to forfeit all Account Funds, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. Users whose Accounts are terminated for terms violations are prohibited from creating new accounts in the future.

11.3 Inactive Accounts and Dormancy Fees

Accounts with no login activity or gaming activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as "inactive." jiji3 may charge a monthly dormancy fee of PHP 500 (or 10% of the remaining Account balance, whichever is lower) for maintaining inactive accounts, deducted from the Account balance on the first day of each month. Users will be notified by email thirty (30) days before dormancy fees are applied. To avoid dormancy fees, Users must log in and place at least one wager during the 12-month period. Accounts with zero balance will not be charged dormancy fees and will be automatically closed after 24 months of inactivity.
